Timeline of events

FRIDAY

11:00-meet at restaurant for bridesmaids' luncheon
1:00-leave restaurant to go have mani/pedi
3:00-check into hotel and get ready for rehearsal
5:00-rehearsal
6:00-rehearsal dinner


SATURDAY
9:00-rise and shine/breakfast/showers
11:00-hair/makeup lady arrives at hotel
1:30-pack up and check out of hotel
1:45-limo arrives to take girls to venue
2:00-take getting ready stuff into venue/start putting on gown with photographer for pics
2:45-boys arrive
3:00 to 3:45-photographer and girls take pictures around grounds
3:45 to 4:30-photograhper and boys take pictures around grounds
4:30 to 5:00-string quartet starts to play/ushers in position/guests arrive
5:00 to 5:45-ceremony


Reception
5:45 to 6:45-guests proceed to cocktail hour/Family portraits and Wedding party pictures
6:45 to 7:00-guests make their way upstairs to grand dining room and take their seats 
7:00-Wedding party entrance 
7:10-first dance
7:15-buffet dinner is open/served
8:00ish-toasts followed by cake cutting (we gaged this based on where we saw people were with the meal)
8:20-father/daughter and mother/son dance following cake cutting
8:25-dance floor is open (started with a game called "snowball, " it filled the dance floor!)
10:00-bride and groom got things together and into limo
10:15-grand exit/bride and groom leave
10:45-last song of the night
11:00-guests leave
